Ways to do this are by controlling blood sugar and blood pressure. It is important to catch this quickly. Some wait too late and vision loss is eminent.

Cone-Rod Dystrophy is an eye disease where the rods and cones in the eyes start to break down over time. The cause of this disease is often inherited. It affects visual acuity, and peripheral vision. It leads to blindness over time. There is no cure to this disease. This disease can be slowed down by keeping the retinas from bright lights. This will slow the disease down.
